Who is eligible?
The promise applies to your first paid monthly or annual subscription when you choose to skip the free trial and pay immediately. The 7-day window begins when that first payment is made.
What is covered?
An eligible request covers the full first subscription payment, including an annual subscription payment. Renewals and subsequent subscription purchases are not covered by this promotional promise.
What is excluded?
Separately purchased AI credits and usage charges are excluded. The promise does not cover fees paid to third-party platforms or services.
If you take the free trial
The 7-day free trial requires a card. Unless canceled before it ends, it converts to the paid billing period you select. Subscriptions started with a free trial do not receive an additional promotional money-back window after the first charge.
Requesting a refund
A request must be made within 7 days of the eligible first payment. Checkout and refund requests are not available in Postii yet; no payment can currently be taken through the pricing page. A working refund request channel must be available before this paid offer launches.

This voluntary promise does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
