If you skip the free trial and pay immediately, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first monthly or annual subscription payment. Separately purchased AI credits and usage charges are excluded. Subscriptions started with the 7-day free trial do not receive an additional promotional refund window. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Basic includes one team member, five accounts, and $30 in monthly AI credits. Pro includes one team member, 10 accounts, and $50 in monthly AI credits. Team includes five team members, 20 accounts, and $75 in shared monthly AI credits.

Publishing the same post across multiple platforms counts as one post, not one per platform. Basic, Pro, Team, and Max include unlimited posts. AI creation and revisions use a separate allowance, including work on drafts you have not published. Destination platforms still apply their own limits.

Max includes unlimited team members, connected platforms, and posts in one shared workspace, plus $100 in monthly AI credits shared across the team. It is $99 month-to-month or $79 per month billed as $948 yearly. Credits remain $100 each month on either billing period, not per member. Platform requirements and media limits still apply.

AI assistance for creating and refining content is included on paid plans. Basic includes $30 in monthly AI credits, Pro includes $50, Team includes $75, and Max includes $100. Team and Max share their credits across the workspace. Credits are allocated monthly on both monthly and yearly billing—the yearly discount does not reduce your credits.

Wait for your monthly credits to reset, upgrade for a larger allowance, or enable pay-as-you-go on a paid plan. With pay-as-you-go enabled, additional AI usage is billed separately up to your spending limit. Without it, or when you reach your limit, additional AI work pauses. Posts already scheduled still publish, subject to your plan’s post limit and the destination platform’s requirements.

Choose a larger recurring monthly credit allowance directly on the Team or Max card. The price updates with your selection; yearly billing saves 20% without reducing monthly credits. For occasional extra usage, paid plans also offer optional pay-as-you-go with billing setup and a spending limit. Extra spending is off by default.

Each connected social account or newsletter publication counts separately toward your platform limit. Two accounts on the same platform use two slots.

Basic is $23 per month, billed as $276 yearly. Pro is $39 per month, billed as $468 yearly. Team is $60 per month, billed as $720 yearly. Each plan is charged as one annual payment.

Third-party subscriptions and API fees are separate. Each publishing platform has its own account requirements and limits.

Yes. Set up your own copy without a Postii software subscription. You’ll need a service to run it, manage updates and backups, and connect your platforms. You pay any hosting, AI, and other service costs.
