- Start with 25 minutes of focus, a 5-minute break, or a 15-minute long break.
- Customize each timer from 1 to 120 minutes. Pause, resume, or reset.
- Get a completion notification and a long-break suggestion every four focus sessions.

These are downloadable builds, not Chrome Web Store listings. Install only if you’re comfortable loading an unpacked extension.
- Download the ZIP on your computer and extract it to a folder you’ll keep.
- In desktop Chrome, enter
chrome://extensionsin the address bar. - Turn on Developer mode, then choose Load unpacked.
- Select the extracted postii-focus folder containing
manifest.json. - Use Chrome’s extensions menu to pin Postii Focus to your toolbar.
To uninstall, choose Remove on its card at chrome://extensions. Updates are manual: download the new build and reload the extension.
Put it to work.
Open Postii Focus from your toolbar, choose a focus session or break, and press Start. Sessions never start automatically.
The toolbar badge updates roughly every 30 seconds. Browser or computer sleep can delay notifications; the countdown uses the actual deadline. Notifications need system permission.

Timer state stays on this device and survives popup closure. No network access, account, analytics, or cloud sync.
